Q. How do I choose a tutor?
Candidates will get at least two demo classes from different tutors and then you will have choice to decide which tutors to opt for. This will continue till you get your preferred choice of tutor.
Q. What is the cost of tutoring?
Our Prices varies based on the subject and grade level.
Q. How do make payments?
There are various options which you will be provided with once sessions are finalized.
Q. Can I change tutors if I need to?
Yes, after minimum cooling period of three months.
There will be comprehensive evaluation of tutor and student after three months. Based on it you will have choice to change tutor.
Q.What if I need to cancel a session?
We have a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel or reschedule your sessions up to 5 hours in advance.
Q. What technology do I need for online sessions?
We conduct our all classes through skype app.
